Because of the success of our team I was able to train and mentor other team leads, managers and corporate executives to use Scrum. This lead to increased productivity and better communication among the teams, support, product managers and upper management. Goals are well defined and consistently meet.

Simdesk Team

What was really exciting was to see the Scrum methodology adopted company wide at Simdesk. Because of the success of our team I was able to train and mentor other team leads, managers and corporate executives to use Scrum. This lead to increased productivity and better communication among the teams, support, product managers and upper management. Goals are well defined and consistently meet.

I lead the team through 24 sprints. During this time we grew into a very efficient self organized team. It was one of the best work experiences I have had.

I lead the development team and contributed to the team in the development of Simdesk Organizer. We use the Scum methodology to manage the project. Because of the team’s success in meeting goals while using Scrum, agile development methodologies are used company wide.
